Our practice is to provide you and your family with safe, gentle and high quality dental care. Your dental needs are very important to us, therefore, our goal is to make you feel comfortable when visiting our office while providing you with the best care and service possible.
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms and take x-rays of your teeth and mouth.
After that, the doctor will meet with you to discuss your x-rays and help you create your own individual treatment plan, and also answer any questions that you might have.
For your first visit, please remamber to bring your completed patient information forms and your insurance card.
